The short version

Naru is a focus timer. Your tasks and focus sessions live on your device. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking.

Data stored on your device

Your tasks, focus sessions, streaks, settings, and daily goals are stored locally on your iPhone. We have no server and no account system — this data never leaves your device through Naru, and deleting the app deletes it.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple account. To unlock Naru Pro across reinstalls, we use RevenueCat to validate purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase history for this app — nothing that identifies you personally, and nothing about your tasks or focus time. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and are never visible to us.

Notifications

Session-end alerts and task reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered on your device. Enabling them is optional and controlled in Settings.

Your choices

• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
• Revoke notification permission anytime in iOS Settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
